About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.creyeti.com.au and to any enquiry you make through it. By using the site you agree to them.
Project work is governed by the written proposal or agreement we make with you. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement wins.
Our services
Creyeti provides creative services including strategy, branding, film and videography, photography, post-production, websites, 3D design, short-form content and print. The descriptions on this site are general. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any project are set out in a written proposal before work begins.
Quotes and starting a project
- A quote is an estimate based on the brief we receive, valid for the period stated on it.
- A project starts once you accept our proposal in writing and pay any deposit it specifies.
- Changes to the scope after that — extra deliverables, revision rounds or shoot days — may change the fee and timeline. We will agree any change with you before doing the work.
Payment
Invoices are payable on the terms shown on them. Prices are in Australian dollars and state whether GST is included. If an invoice is overdue we may pause work until it is paid, and we will tell you before we do.
Your part in a project
- Give us an accurate brief, and feedback and approvals in reasonable time. Delays on either side move the timeline.
- Make sure you have the rights to anything you give us to use — logos, images, footage, music, fonts or copy.
- Make sure you have consent from anyone identifiable in material you supply.
Intellectual property
This website
The text, design, images, video and other content on this site, and the Creyeti name and logo, belong to Creyeti or our licensors. Work in our portfolio may belong to our clients and is shown with their permission. Please don’t copy or reuse any of it without our written permission.
Your project
Ownership of, or the licence to use, the work we create for you passes as set out in your agreement, and generally on full payment. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we may show finished work in our portfolio and on our social channels.
Using this website
Please use the site lawfully. Don’t try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it works, scrape it in bulk, or send spam or harmful content through the contact form.

This site links to other websites, such as Instagram. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website;
- our liability for services is limited as set out in your agreement, or, where the law allows us to, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date it was last changed at the top. Changes don’t affect a project already under way unless we both agree.
