(Getting a fast answer)
A little context saves a round of emails. When you write, it helps to include:
- your name and company, and the project name if there is one;
- what you need, and by when;
- for a website issue: the page address, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and a screenshot if you can.
We reply on business days, Sydney time.
(Common questions)
How do I start a project with Creyeti?
Send us a message through the contact form or email wegotyou@creyeti.com.au. We’ll talk through what you need, then send a proposal setting out the scope, timeline and fee.
A download link has expired. Can I get my files again?
Yes. Email us with the project name and the files you need, and we’ll send a fresh link.
Can you make changes after a project is delivered?
Usually, yes. Changes within the revisions in your agreement are covered; anything beyond that we’ll quote before starting.
Who owns the work you create for me?
That’s set out in your agreement — generally, rights pass to you on full payment. Our Terms of Service explain how this works.
How do you handle my personal information?
Only to reply to you and run your project. We don’t use tracking or advertising, and we never sell data. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
